Your Responsibilities

  • Work on support requests and help users with issues 

  • Answer reviews about our app in the App Store

  • Summarize user feedback in a weekly report and present it to the management

  • Responsible & independent worker

  • Very good German and English knowledge (spoken and written), good grammar

  • Commitment as a team player & flexibility

  • Sympathetic in dealing with customer issues

  • Fan of flat hierarchies and startups

  • Very good communication skills

  • Flair for text and image

  • Ideally ongoing / completed studies, focus on communication or similar
